Overview
The "change_fervor" command is used in Crusader Kings III to manipulate the level of fervor associated with a particular faith. Fervor reflects the overall zealousness and religious enthusiasm within a faith - a high fervor means followers are fervent and devout, while low fervor can expose a faith to heresy events or contribute to disillusionment.
The structure of the command is as follows: change_fervor [amount] [faith id]
You can use [amount] to specify how much fervor you want to add or subtract. If you want to increase fervor, you input a positive integer; if you want to decrease it, a negative integer.
The [faith id] parameter is used to specify the faith you want to affect. Each faith in the game has a unique id, you can find this in the debug menu. If you don't include this parameter, the command will default to affecting the faith of the player's character.
By utilizing this command, you can theoretically maintain a high level of devotion within a faith you lead, resulting in greater religious control and stability. You can also use it aggressively by reducing fervor of an enemy faith to stir up heresy and unrest.
