change_intrigue Command

This command adds a specified amount of intrigue skill to the designated character. If no character is specified, then the intrigue skill of your character is adjusted by the specified amount. Negative values can be used to decrease the diplomacy skill.

The ID of the character you want intrigue skill to be added to. If none is specified, it will affect your character.

This command increases your character's intrigue skill by 10 .

change_diplomacy 10 48

This command increase the intrigue skill of the character with the ID 48 by 10.

Overview

The change_intrigue command is used to adjust a character's intrigue skill level.

This command directly influences a character's ability to plot schemes, assassinations, or other secretive actions within the game.

When you enter change_intrigue followed by a numerical amount and a character id, the game will add that selected number to the character's intrigue skill.

For example, entering change_intrigue 10 1050 will add 10 points of intrigue skill to the character with the id of 1050.

If you want to decrease the character's intrigue skill level, you can use a negative number. Entering change_intrigue -5 1050 would decrease the character's intrigue skill by five points.

If a character id is not specified, the player's character will be affected by the command by default.

This command can be particularly helpful when you want to adjust the skill level of a character to either increase their chances of successfully carrying out covert actions or decrease their ability to plot against you or others.

How to Open the Command Console

In CK3, cheats are executed from the command console, a text box that you type commands into.

To open the command console press the ~ (tilde) key, which is typically located under ESC (escape).

If your keyboard does not have that key, or pressing ~ does not work, try the following keys:

  • ~
  • SHIFT + 2
  • SHIFT + 3
  • ALT + 2 + 1

Type your command into the console, and then press ENTER .
