Overview
The remove_relation command in Crusader Kings III is used to remove a specific relation between two characters in the game. The command requires you to input the respective relation ID followed by the IDs of the two characters you want to remove the relation from.
In CK3, character relationships greatly impact gameplay. The relationships that characters form with others can define alliances, personal attitudes, and even wars. They are the core of the character interaction system.
To use the command, type remove_relation followed by the relation ID and the two character IDs in the console. For example: remove_relation friend 140 141. This would remove the friend relationship between the character with ID 140 and the character with ID 141.
If you only specify one character ID, the command will remove the selected relation between your player character and the character with the specified ID.
This command can be especially useful if you want to dissolve a troublesome relationship or alliance between characters that might be affecting your gameplay or strategy. For instance, a certain character might be hostile toward you due to a bad relation, and using this command can remove that hostility and potentially turn a former enemy into a neutral or even friendly character.
