This command discovers all schemes targeting your character.
The know_schemes
command reveals all the schemes that are specifically aimed at your character.
A scheme is a plot that a character initiates to achieve a particular outcome. They usually involve treachery, manipulation or brute force to either make someone like you more, remove inconvenient characters, or gain some sort of advantage.
By default, you wouldn’t know these schemes unless you have spies discover them or the schemer informs you. When you input know_schemes
, this cheat takes away the secrecy element and immediately provides the knowledge of who is plotting against your character specifically, without needing to discover them.
This command can be quite beneficial for a player, especially if your rule is contentious and you have many enemies.
By being aware of all threats against you, you can adopt appropriate defensive strategies or preemptively strike the plotters to protect your position sooner than the game would ordinarily allow. It's a good way to ensure your character's continued survival and rule, and keep the advantage in your favor.
