Overview
The merge_culture command allows you to change the culture of all counties with a specified culture to another specified culture.
When you input the command into console, you'd replace culture id with the IDs of the cultures you wish to change. The first culture id represents the current culture you wish to change and the second culture id represents the new culture you wish to introduce.
For instance, you can type merge_culture english scottish to change all counties with the English culture to Scottish culture.
This command is particularly useful if you're aiming at creating a uniform culture in your realm or you wish all counties to share a specific culture for roleplay purposes or strategic reasons.
