to see all possible targets that can be reloaded.

The reload
command refreshes the current mod or game files that are loaded into the game's memory.
This allows changes made to these files to be applied instantly, without having to close and reopen the game.
When you type the reload
command into the console, followed by the tab
key, it shows all the different kinds of game assets that can be reloaded. These include, but aren't limited to, textures, scripts, localization files, graphical assets, etc.
This command is helpful because it can save modders a significant amount of time by allowing them to see the changes they made immediately.
Instead of going through the time-consuming process of completely closing and re-opening the game to see their changes, modders can simply type 'reload', followed by the specific type of file they modified, and the changes will be applied instantly.
This can significantly accelerate the modding process and make testing individual changes much more convenient.
