A character's skills decide their council effectiveness, scheme power, and combat strength. After enabling debug mode, you can set or raise any of the six skills directly.
Set a skill to a value
Use a set_ command with the target value — for example set_martial:
Add a character ID to target someone else, like set_martial 50 53.
Raise a skill by an amount
To add to the current value instead of overwriting it, use the matching change_ command such as change_martial:
